Places that touch us, that communicate their essence, are remembered for their strength and their simplicity. A myriad of variations within this simplicity, causes these intense experiences of moment and place, to stay with us light, colour, sound, image fringe, all combine to bring us a kaleidoscope of sensation. We become more alive as we become more aware of the sounds and images that make the experience unique.

Kakadu, Litchfield, Kuku Yulanji/Daintree, Wamoom/The Prom, Aragunnu, Angahook are a few of the landscapes that have inspired these compositions. In these places, colours, impressions and thoughts are touched and played with as they change, unfold, disappear and return; the glimpses of life between sun and moon open into images of rocks, water, seeds, flowers and landscape.

Moment to moment, place to place is a journey into worlds both within and without.
